Dr. Florian Bresler
Dr. Florian Bresler knows the communications business from both sides: as managing director of leading international communications groups and agencies, and in senior executive roles at major media companies from which he managed agencies. He has also developed new business units and business models.
In his doctoral research he examined how quality in the communications industry can be captured and managed, and developed a model for quality management in European communication agencies.
